THE PROCESS
Step 1 : Reach Out
Please share as much information as possible about your wedding. Every little detail helps me understand your vision and expectations for your big day.
Step 2 : Let's meet
Following your inquiry, we’ll schedule a meeting to dive into your wedding plans. This is a perfect opportunity for us to connect, and I’ll offer you plenty of honest, heartfelt advice on choosing your photographer, ensuring you make the decision that’s right for you.
Step 3 : Brochure and Galleries
After our meeting, I’ll send you my brochure along with complete wedding galleries to provide you with a clearer idea of my photographic style over a full wedding day, in real-life conditions. If your wedding requires, a personalized quote will also be provided, tailored specifically to your needs.
Step 4 : Securing your date
If you feel that my vision and approach perfectly align with your dream of capturing your wedding, we’ll proceed with drafting an official contract. A deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Step 5 : Your Bridal Guide
After the reservation, you will receive your exclusive bridal guide by post. This guide, which I’ve crafted over the years based on my experience of more than 200 weddings, is a collection of advice designed to help you organize and experience your wedding with greater ease and serenity. Filled with insights and inspirations, it’s aimed at assisting you in planning your special day, ensuring you can approach your wedding with a sense of calm and confidence.
Step 6 : Guidance and Inspiration
Leading up to the wedding, we’ll stay in touch to keep each other informed about the planning and any details that might affect the photography. The more information I have, the closer the photo reportage will align with your expectations. Feel free to consult me if you need advice, I’ll be at your disposal. We’ll schedule a final meeting one month before the wedding to fine-tune the last details, during which I’ll provide my final pieces of advice.
Step 7 : The D-Day
On your big day, it’s essential that you immerse yourselves fully in the joy and celebration, as the time truly flies. We will have prepared everything in advance, ensuring that you won’t need to worry about my part in your day. I will be self-sufficient, equipped with all the necessary information and optimal conditions to craft wonderful memories for you. All that’s left for you to do is to have fun. The more you enjoy your day to the fullest, the more it will shine through in your images, capturing the genuine happiness and love of your celebration.
Step 8 : The final touch: Delivering your memories
After your wedding day, I swiftly send you a sneak peek of 5-10 photos, prioritizing their editing so you can share a heartfelt thank-you and a glimpse of your special day with those who couldn’t attend, as soon as the next day. This gesture adds a personal touch to your messages with official photos. In this email, I also provide a realistic estimation for when you can expect the full gallery, considering my current workload. It would be unrealistic to set this timeline at the contract signing, as I can’t predict future workload that far in advance. My contract guarantees delivery within a maximum of 3 months to ensure commitment fulfillment under any circumstances, though historically, the longest delivery time has been just one month.
